Política de Cambio

Nuestra política de cambio si es una compra online dura 7 días después que recibas tu artículo. Si han pasado 7 días desde que recibió el artículo, lamentablemente no podemos ofrecerle un crédito o cambio en la tienda. Una vez haya recibido su artículo, si llegó dañado o si no le sirve, llámenos dentro de las 48 horas de su compra al 787-979-2433 para procesar su solicitud de cambio. Horario de la tienda de Lunes a Sábados  de 12:00pm-5:00pm.

 

órdenes PICKUP debes pasar a recoger inmediatamente ya que los 7 días comienzan desde el día que realizas tu compra. De no pasar a recoger tu orden dentro de los 7 días no tendrán ningún tipo de cambio. (Eres responsable de recoger tu orden)

Además, para ser elegible para cambio o crédito a la tienda, su artículo debe estar sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibió, estar sin lavar, sin perfume ni olores, y tener la etiqueta de Alinas Boutique. Una vez que su intercambio sea recibido, inspeccionado y cumpla con las condiciones establecidas anteriormente, le contactaremos para confirmar que hemos recibido su artículo. También le notificaremos la aprobación o el rechazo de su devolución. De ser aprobada se le realizará una tarjeta de regalo que tendrá una duración de 3 meses.

El cliente será responsable de los costos incurridos para devolver el artículo y se le cobrará el envío del artículo de reemplazo.

Exchanges 

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days after you have received your item. (this apply the pickup orders)    If 7 days have gone by since you have received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. Upon receipt of your item if it arrived in a damaged condition, or if it doesn't fit correctly please call us within 48 hours of receiving at 787-515-5342 to process your exchange request. Store Hours Monday-Sat 12:00pm-5:00pm.

Additionally, to be eligible for exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, be unwashed, free of any perfume or odors, and have the Alinas Boutique tag attached. Once your exchange is received, inspected, and meets the conditions stated above we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Upon receipt of this email you will have 7 calendar days to ship the item back to us, and send your item to:

Store Credits/Discounts
We do not give CASH refunds at anytime. All refunds will be in the form of a store credit/discount. Once your exchange is received, inspected, and meets the conditions stated above we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your store credit/discount will be processed, and sent to the email you have provided in your return request within 7 calendar days. Store Credits will be in the amount of the original purchase price for the item. Your store credit will contain a purchase code which you will enter at checkout to apply the applicable discount to your next order. The shipping cost is not refundable.

Late Store Credits
If you haven’t received your store credit within 10 calendar days of receiving our confirmation email for your return. Please call 787-979-2433 during regular Store hours Lunes-Sabados 10-4 so we may check the status and process your store credit.


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be eligible for exchange or store credit, ALL sales are FINAL for sale/clearance items.

Shipping Policy

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1484 Av. Franklin Delano Roosevelt Suite 23, San Juan, 00920, Puerto Rico

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All customers returning an item to us should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and Alinas Boutique will not be responsible for any items lost during return shipping.
